We primarily deal in closeout merchandise and in order to keep costs down, we prefer to make exchanges whenever possible (customer must pay all postage) We will accept postage paid returns only after a return merchandise authorization has been obtained. A merchandise authorization must be obtained within 7 days of receipt of item, and the merchandise must be shipped back to us within 10 days of receipt of item. Postage will not be refunded.
All items must be returned in their original packaging with original tags, unworn, from a smoke free home. Any cleaning costs incurred to remove smoke/pet/perfume odors, will be deducted from the original price. Thanks.
During the holiday season, we extend our return policy. Items purchased from 11/19-12/25 can be returned or exchanged, through 12/31. A return authorization must be obtained, prior to returning or exchanging all items. Items must be mailed or shipped back to us, by 12/31, to qualify for the extended return policy. Items purchased after 12/25, will have a 7 day return/exchange policy.
We ship most packages via UPS ground, M-F. At our discretion, we occasionally will use USPS priority mail. We typically ship the next business day.
